please help !!! is that NORMAL ???

hi all

this is my 22 days old plant , i added 10-10-10 NUT 2 days ago , 1/4 strength and today i found my plant as u see it in the photo . all the plant goes upward the temp when lights on is 86F , صورة065.jpg

why its gona be short ??
the lights above the plant like 2 or 3 inchs..

plant is fine now , and new leaves are very healthy and green , but lower leaves getting yellowing , any advises ??
 
The bottom leaves usually get yellow, curl, and eventually die off. This is because the top leaves shade the lower leaves and they don't get enough light to survive. As long as its not fan leaves that are getting yellow your most likely good. :)

now the plant is super fine leaves are normal , but as i said lower leaves are yellowing , the best answer i think is (plant underfed) ill add full strength nut ,because when i added 1/4 and 1/2 strength yellowing slow down , so i think full strength will stop it ,,

ill never know without u guys thanks alot :)
