PLEASE HELP I HAVE a question about ppm and my feeding schedule PLEASE HELP

I am growing in soil and watering by hand, the water does get filtered and go through a r/o machine. The feeding schedule says to use so many tsp per gallon, when i do that and test the ppm it is not even half of were it says it should be. Example if the feeding schedule says between 1100-1400 when i am done mixing exactly what the told me to my ppm are only half of that do i add more nutrients to bring the ppm up or will it burn my plants and do i add more of everything or just base nutrients. I have a mix of nutrients that i use from many producers this mix has always been a winner but i moved across the states and its ppm is not there never had this problem please help.

Seriously there are not any experienced growers on this site that could help with this problem.

I could really use some help it would be nice for any advice here are some pics week 1 of flower, 8 week flower cycle. Maybe this will help. Any suggestions about ppm would be helpful.

Looks to me like you are doing a good job, I see no problems, keep doing what you are doing. The highest PPM i go to is 1100, but that is 3 weeks from harvest. Most of the Time my PPM will be closer to 800. When I veg its closer to 500PPM.

Thanks for the help bro really appreciate it. H/g was saying to be in the 1100-1300 range and and when i mix up all there stuff plus some of my own it does not even come to 900 i had to add more to get it there but i was afraid to take it further.
