OK they look awful small for a 10 gallon pot, maybe use a 1/2-1 gallon pot then into a bigger pot.
The soil may have to high of PPM's for those size clones.
If it was me.
I would put them in smaller pots with soil that not so hot. water them in put them back under the t-5 and flush, flush flush let them kinda dry out but don't let the soil get completly dry. then start at 300-400 ppm and see how they do. But I would probablt get more clones and start over. its gonna take a while to bring them back and start growing again. but if u use new ones you won't have to wait they will start growing strait away.
Good Luck.

Sadly, even if they do not die, they will be sickly and not worth the time and effort me thinks.

1000watts on such young plants nuked em good.

400 watts is more then sufficient at a distance of at least 8 inches.

PPM = Parts Per Million, if you want to make sure just get a TDS meter. But yeah Id say to high of PPM, if your using tap water your water is probably to "hard" try using distilled or RO water for lower PPM for seedlings, but distilled and ro do not contain cal-mag.
