It is what it is. Sucks but ya just support them best you can. tape and/or rub a little honey on any snapped or open wounds on the stems to encourage healing and prevent further damage. Should be ok as long as the damage isn't too bad.

Thanks figured as much no open wounds TF just bent stems like I said I've tried to support best I can good to know should be okay I nearly died mate glad I was here can't even imagine the damage if I wasn't here

Any pictures? I dropped my last plant and one of the branches bent completely but it stayed connected and the buds still grew it just depends on the location and damage I guess
