Please help check it out!!!

60F at night time 75-80F in the day 35-45% humidity.....any ideas new to growing and have had these clones for about 3 maybe 4 weeks now and have not grown at all what am I doing wrong?

I got new babys growing so i dont want to make the same mistake again....
