PLEASE HELP! cant germinate seeds.

soak the seeds in water for an hour, put them in a wet paper towel, seal the wet paper towel in an air tight container, wait 1-5 days. slight warmth on the bottom is also a good thing. not hot.
some seeds have a very thick shell and might take longer.
how long have you been germinating them?
and has it remained wet/moist the entire time?
please wait for more peoples responses to this as these beans sound magically expensive and i dont wanna waste your time or money

I just found out the main thing is DARK.
Some seeds need more light but this needs total dark.
I use the cup/bowl plate, papertowel, plate method on a germination mat.
Bowl covers the cup for 24hr and plate covers the moist paper towel for dark.
Another trick I learned is to put the seed up on the middle of the edge of the plate.
The moisture can then wick up but, not drown the seed.
