please help!! black yellow bugs!

I'm half way through flowering and half of my garden has already been wiped out by these little bugs. I've tried soap spray and garlic spray but it's not stopping them. they live inside the flower and suck the crystal on the flower dry and move on to other plants. What are these bugs? Please help!! Thank you

Here is a yellow one that is dead upside down..could be the baby of the black one. There are some smaller one that are whitish .

The first picture of the 'black bug with white wing that can fly' is orius spp (common name minute pirate bug)
its a beneficial, you should be happy to see it.

There a general predator so they eat just about anything if they get hungry enough.
There preferred pest is thrips.

The second one is most likely an orius nymph or an aphid. cant really tell with the quality of the picture.
