Please help.. badly hurt citral.

OK.. I checked the normal issues sticky here and I'm thinking this is a P overload, but was looking to see if anyone could confirm or deny.

I know the pot is small. Re-pot is not a possibility for me. Bonsai only. I've got several successful plants. Running into noob problems happens no matter what size the plants, I'd bet.

Edit: soil is MG Organic, nutes are FoxFarm, per soil schedule. The last thing I did was water it with the Tiger Bloom and Big Bloom mix I have. I have flushed. Also, it smells VERY bad.. vegital. Sour. Like it's sick.
