I hope all will go well with the case. However, I am skeptical that Mr. Smith will win because Federal statue can override any state law period! There isn't too many cases that has won over the federal level, but i wish the mr. smith all the luck he can get. another reason is that the Federal Appellate Court (fourth district) which cover about most of the west coast states MMP states, have in recent years upheld federal statue and laws againist marijuana - regardless of medical or illegal marijuana. Anyways, if mr. smith can win one for himself then most likely this will be a landmark ruling for all of us. Good Luck
