Please advise a first time grower ....

Hello all ... I have just been handed a cool oppurtunity to do a little indoor growing ! That oppurtunity was renting a house ! We will only be living in the downstairs of the house, so the entire upstairs will be vacant.

I only plan to grow one plant in one pot. I am going to follow Seemorebuds book for beginners to grow 8 oz for $100.

So here is what I would like to know .... Would I be better off trying to grow these in a small upstairs bedroom, or in one of the bedroom's closets ?

Will leaving that bedroom's upstairs window open be enough to fight most of the odor ?

Knowing what I have told you so far .... and thoughts ?

One plant, just stick it in the closet. If your just going to leave a window open for ventilation, I would still recommend getting something like ona gel cause she is going to stink in the flowering phase.

Thank you maam ! I say one plant... I guess it is just one. I will be following the book exactly, and it grew 8oz of buds ....

even one plant will require some odor control. i am doing a closet grow, and have some ONA gel...dryer sheets stuck to the back of my fan, and another citrus odor eliminater...and sometimes depending on how hot it is that day you can catch a wiff of it...but just remember most people wont pick up on a slight odor unless they are growing themselves.

Uhh ... where is your fan placed ? Window I assume ?

i have 2 actually...one blowing on my plants, and one pushing air out my window...so yes.
