Sounds interesting. Not sure if/when it would be ready for agriculture, but it's always nice to see innovation in lighting.

In the article he says he can provide any tint of whites and can faithfully reproduce natural light. Apparently they're twice as bright as fluorescent. I think they would be good for growing weed.
