whats wrong with these plants and how do i fix it?

They could either be over watered or under watered, but to me they look under watered.

Hows the soil feel?

i always water every two days but this is the first time its happend

I water when the pot feels light, you should try and get used to doing that as watering by time isn't very reliable.

Does the pot feel light? Does the soil feel dry? Stick your finger in that shit. If it's dry, water it.

Looks thirsty to me.

Heat stress. I water twice a day in the heat of the summer. I also keep a spray bottle with just plain water in it
alongside my plants. I bet if you mist the plant she will be standing up in 15 minutes.
