Plants yellowing with red stems and brown patches on leaves

First post here so I hope its where it needs to be. I have a lot of growing under my belt and can usually figure problems out on my own but this has me stumped. All of my plants have turned yellow with red stems and brown patches on leaves. I have never had this problem before and could use some help. I have them in one gallon pots from solo cups and they are around 4 weeks old. They are in organic soil. I ph tested my water and it was 7 so I ph tested the water coming out of the soil after watering and it was 6.5. Not a bad range for that and temp is 80. I gave them a dose of cal mag two days ago and still no sign of healthy growth.

Try taking a pic in natural light and from right above the plant looking down as well. The first pics, 3 of them were showing what appears to be an issue with likely potassium and phosphorus, but this last pic, seems to show over-watering (maybe also soil that's very compact). How often do you water and how much? What is your humidity?

They are overwatered because I flushed the soil thinking I had too hot of a mix but I'm sure that wasn't the problem. They were lush and green and full of leaves before I transplanted them into one gallon pots with organic soil. I have never had this issue before.

Soil is also loose and airy. I usually won't water until pots are quite dry. This issue came on fast. Within a day and a half. it wasn't long after changing pot size and going to organic soil. I might have to start another batch of clones.

Why am I seeing Roots plus the soil doesn't look great? I don't know about organic but I see a lot of sticks and bark, well you said it didn't happen until you put it in that soil I suspect it's got a lot to do with it , did you take a soil PH or even a runoff pH? ppm too?

I'm not sure if I might try to replant it or not as I've never had that exact situation but might consider it if I knew for sure that the soil had caused it

I did a runoff ph and it was 6.5. Ill buy new soil and replant all of them and see what happens. I have never had this issue and I'm bummed that ill be losing an entire crop from it. Live and learn. Thanks for all the replies guys.

What is this 'organic' soil you have there? Its crap and that plant hates it and you need to use something better like coco/perlite 70/30 .

I know its been a few days but I wanted to post the result. I flushed the plants twice within a few days. Then let them dry and flushed them with ph correct water with molasis. I let dry again and flushed them once more with ph correct water with a mix of molasis, fox farm grow big, and fox farm big bloom. Now I have healthy growth and mostly green plants again. The old leaves will not turn back green of course so I will pop them off after the girls fully recover. I never had this issue before but I appreciate all the help from everyone. Thank you all.
