Most of my plants look like females but not all have the same numbers of leaves, is this thing gonna hermi, or are some strains different... Is it just the fan leaves that do this?

Ok and this is all on the same plant, distorted numbers of leaves. They're all in the flowering process just don't want any males to sneak up on me. Did a good job of removing the few

The top always seems to have a clearer view of the number of leaves, thanks I needed closure.

There is nothing wrong with the plant as people have said.
You need to get comfortable with your grow.
Paranoia can kill a grow faster than Grass Hoppers.

Plants primordial functions are to live and replicate, not necessarily in that order.
Leaves pop up where they can see the light, so they are not wasting any space
available to get power to its root system. It may only take 3 leaves in one spot,
whereas 5 might be needed elsewhere. If you move your plants around a lot it
will keep readjusting the direction of where the shoots will ultimately grow to.
All in all it is just a weed, and most of them are very stubborn to get rid of if you
purposefully try to kill them, let alone trying to make it grow. Ya dig?
