Plants went into flower early

I put my plants outside about a month ago and had them in the shade to acclimate them to being outdoor. About a week before I put them outside I switched the indoor lights from 24/0 to 18/6. I transplanted the plants from gallon pots 25 gallon pots. I'm in Denver so it's been cold and raining for the past month. Very little sunlight at all. They look healthy as they were starting to yellow before I transplanted them and are now a deep green. They still have buds though and the buds are just getting frostier but they are small.

I'm not super worried about it but am a concerned parent. What can I do to speed up the process? Should I clip off the buds or leave them? Should I give them a higher Nitrogen diet?

If anyone has had experience with this in the past please help a brotha out.

It was the switch from 24 to 18 that started it then coupled by putting them out in 14 hrs of light. I would start over with clones that have been on 18 hrs light
