Plants turning yellow

I have a grow set up that has been working great for the last few weeks, however, now I am noticing the plants are turning a light green and kinda yellow. Because of some bad experiences, I have been going at it with a 1/4 of the nutes but now that we are into the 4th week of flowering, I am wondering if I should up the nutes. I am using 4 1000w halides, in a soil, perlite, vermiculite medium. I am using Earth Juice grow for nutes, and only giving nutes every other watering. The plants seem to be responding great, I just need a little help on the watering and nute schedule.

Yellowing can be a lot of things so the more info the better it is to find the solution.. My guess however (from your weeks in 12/12 - 4. And also you 1/4 strength nutes) id say it was Nitrogen defficiency. Just my guess. Does it look like this.. http://www.marijuanapassion.com/forum/attachment.php?attachmentid=158550&d=1295933038. If not we need more info or atleast pictures.

You might want to bump the nutes to atleast half strength anyways. Week 4 of flowering you should be full strength don't starve your plants! and about feeding you are doing the right thing with feeding every other watering just make sure when you water with plain water you get a good amount of run off to get all the salts out of the medium.

This is solid info.

Thanks for the feedback. I think you are right, from the looks of the photos in the link you sent, it might be nitrogen deficiency. I will try to post some picks, but I will up the nutes for sure next time around.

Here are some images of the plants I took today. Any thoughts?

as previously stated it is nitrogen(yellows from outside of leaves to inner part) and i'd up nutes to 1/2 strength(3/4 for next feeding if i were you to give it more then 1/2 afterwards unless still showing def).

Thanks for the advice. I upped the nutes on the last watering and will check them out today to see how they are doing. I did the math and the plants are only at 3 weeks flowering today, not 4 weeks. It may not make much of a difference, but at least I am not as far behind on the nutes as I thought. Happy new year guys.

Hey kbo, how's the grow coming. Thanks for the post I'm having the same problem 2 weeks int flower but not as severe as yours.

I have a MG soil grow for my first try. What ph of water are you using. I had been ph 6.5 with a runoff of 7 ph. Lowered my ph to 5.5 with runoff at 6.5.
Started very light with Pro Bloom 1-4-5, shop recommended 10ml, I did 2ml.

Thanks Jondamon, luv the link. The article recommends flushing. Is this a good idea with MG?

So the plants are looking a bit better, but I understand now what the problem was... low low nutes. Next crop will be better, but at least I got it figured out thanks to you guys.
