Plants touching lights... Can't raise lights

Is it still safe to start bending her? She's 1 month into veg..

I would. You could let her grow up around the light but she will get leggy as all hell and your harvest will suck. i had to do lolts of bending and some snapping. results< she grew into this badass candelabra shaped bush and the harvest was huge. maybe just lucky > who knows?

Yep bend away, I have bent as late a 3 weeks into flowering, and im sure you could go longer.

I think the more important question is what are you going to do when she stretches twice her height?

Yes and no. Yes if you slightly bend her so the tops dont roast from the light fixture. No if you do it too aggressively where a branch can snap.

Bend it, and support the bend with paper tape, it will prevent it from breaking. Doesn't hurt anything.
Try it with just one stem, then wait a day or two, and see what it does, then you will see..

I've bent plants as late as 4 weeks flower, go for it. Just take your time and slowly bend her with care.
