Ok so I have 4 under cfls, first one popped, second one is about to pop, and the other 2 havent popped yet from under the soil...
my light fixture has all cfls at the same height, is there something I can do to make it so that the other 3 catch up to the other one ...
like make the one thats already poped outta the soil stop growing for a bit til they catch up? lol

I know this is probably a dumb question, I just dont wanna have to buy like 4 seperate light fixtures so I can keep am all 4" away from each one....

theyll catch up when they get older. a couple days is a big dif now but if you keep the light 4 in away from the tallest/oldest one then in a couple weeks they will prolly all catch up to the same height with minimal streatching. then you can keep the lights 4 in from all of them.

aight, thats the only thing I was really worried about, is having the ones that havent popped yet, stretch to try and reach the light once they do.

plants dont always grow in a uniform fashion anyways. i have 12 cfls on 5 plants of greatly varying sizes, i just adjust them every day. also i keep them around 1 inch from the plants, and they seem to love it.

here is an example of one of my tubs and how i try to rig the lights to be right on the plants:
