plants on 12/12 for bloom not blooming

Plants on 12/12 for bloom about 8 days now, no signs of flowering. I have a very marginal light leek from my seedling grow cabinet, no direct light on plants. could this be the problem?

PH is good 5.8
not hydro, growing in mulch mixture

They need total darkness once in 12/12. This will be the cause of slow or late flowers developing.

Plus the stress can induce hermies.

Also it takes about 2 weeks to begin to really see signs of flowering.

not much light kinda like a crescent moon at night.. Thanks for the response
