Plants not doing well after transferring to dwc reservoir

I started these seeds a little over 3 weeks ago. This Tuesday I transferred the plants into DIY net cups that I put in a single 10 gal DWC reservoir. At first the plants were looking droopy so I watered them a few time through the top of the cups. The plants seemed to perk up but now they are drooping again. Right now I am running 1/3 nutrients with a ppm of about 350. I raised the lights to about 3.5 ft. It seems they might just be shocked from the new environment. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Nutrients: CANNA Vega, Cal-Mag, Rhino Skin (2.5 ml/gal)
ph: 5.5-6.2
Beneficial Bacteria in rez
Temp: 75
Rez temp: 67

Edit: At first I had the water level just touching the bottom of the cup but the plants looked water starved. Right now the water level is about 1.5 in about the bottom of the cup. I know it should be at the bottom but I didn't want them to dry out.

show us your roots. If they're not happy, your plants won't be.

also: what is your pH and how often do you check it... how often do you recalibrate the pH pen?

I have 4 babies in lpa. Ysterday I pHed from 7+ down to 6.0, and this mrning it wass over 7+ again

I'll get some pictures after I eat but they are a nice white color but they are short since I made the mistake of leaving the seed starter right on the bottom of the seed tray so most of the roots were pretty short except the tap root.

@PetFlora I check the ph 2 times per day. Once in the milk morning and once at night. When transplanting do you usually see any signs of shock or do your pants adapt right away?

Quick update. The roots are popping through the cups now. I am going to lower the water level to right below the cups. I noticed some brown spots on the roots.

Also I was using soaker tube for bubbles but I switched to air stones and they seem to output a lot more bubbles.

In the rez I am using Mycogrow. I mixed a small amount of that with black strap molasses and let it sit for 24 hours. I only put about 5 ml of it in about 4 gallons of water. Should I lower water level and add more bennies?
