plants looking like a palm tree

ok i have 2 plants none are getting any nutes (my bad it is my first grow) so heres the thing they are looking like palm trees now only a few segments of leaves left and now there dying too they started budding a few weeks ago however i made the mistake to smoking with one of my cats and he liked it so he got into my room and ate both buds off the top lastnight i got pics of the plants there looking realy sad and im thinking it might be time to pull the plug is there any hope for my kids?

also can someone help me on what kind of ferts to buy i heard about Miracle Gro tomato ferts see i dont have any plat shops near my house i can go to like walmart to buy things but i cant buy off the net since i dont have a credit card my plants used to be really beautifull but as the pics show there looking really down (also i hope i dont make anyone mad about me letting my cat smoke hes about 14 now and has alot of health issues and it seems to help him plus when me and my friends get together it is soo much fun to fill a bong up with smoke and watch him hit it or give him a shotgun from a blunt

You need alot more lights, there is most likely a hydro store around you look it up at google. Buy some real nutrients.

Your lights are way too far away from the plants and they have stretched like crazy. Don't worry about nutes too much until you get the basics down kid.
