"Plants Lights" vs CFLs???

This is my first time growing and now that im starting to bud my plants im running into problems out the @$$. Lighting, nutes, heat, you name it.... I think ive covered the nute and heat problems but im still not sure about the lighting. I bought myself four 125watt "plant lights" instead of CFLs thinking well... plant lights are for plants? that should be good? right? well honestly idk.

I have four 125watt plant lights, they have a blue tent to them and are in the shape of flood lights (like a funnel or teepee haha, w/e)

I have three plants under them but only two at the moment since one of the taller ones was not doing well AT ALL... i think she might be done for....

Im broke so i got them from Home Depot. Can anyone tell me if that is too much light or too little? or is they are somehow not the right spectrum at all?

Also: they DONT give off Blue light, just have a blue tent over the bulb.

This seems to hopefully be then end to my problems. ANY and all help is welcomed

P.S: I know i have no "set up" i wasnt planning on doing this inside.

Thanks.

I USE BOTH, I JUST ADDED ANOTHER PLANT LIGHT ON WEDNESDAY AND THEY HAVE TAKEN OFF FAST, I HAVE 6 CFLS AND 2 GROW LIGHTS. Sorry about the caps, fucking caps lockbutton was stuck

Really? Ive never even heard of anyone really using them before. Its seem that everone on here is all about the CFLs or HPS lights...

Anyone know how the Plants Lights do as far as heat? Just incase what i thought was a nute def. is actually heat stress??
