plants growing slow

my plants have been growing for 2 weeks now in small biodegradable cups and they are looking pretty small, they are under two 20 watt CFL's ( 5 inches away) at night and are in the sun during the day, so if i could get some advice i would appreciate it

keep em under the cfl's.,.,see if that helps.,.,.wat is ure growing medium.,.,how often u water?wat nutes u using?

they are growing in fertilized soil in cups made of some organic material, and i water them once two twice a day depending on how dry the soil is

how small are them organic cups maybe u should try transplanting them into larger pots usually helps them take right off god luck

move your lights closer about 1" to 1and a half

OK....DO you have any pics?....what kind of fertilized soil?....do your "cups" have drainage holes? What kind of CFL's?What is the temperature & humidity ?.what kind of space are they in? These are questions that need to be answered to be able to determine if you are on the right track or not.
