Plants going from nice green to slightly yellow, help pls

First off, my plants are only 9 days old. They have been growing extremely slow compared to others I've seen.

They were a nice green and now I've noticed they are going slightly yellow. Not spots, the entire plant is slightly yellowish green.

I am using a mix of 1/3 peatmoss 1/3 vermiculite 1/3 perlite. The soil has no nutes in it.
I water once every 2 to 3 days when the soil gets almost pretty much dry.
Watering them with distilled water.

Is this happening because of lack of nutrients? Should I start using a small amount of nutes?

Like I said, they are growing extremely slow, for 7 or 8 days old, they are pretty small. Like I said, the yellowing isnt spots on the plants, its the entire plant.

oh and my temps are always around 78-80F and around 40-45% humidity

Give them a week to get rooted and then they will take off.

i would watch them close as the media for growth has nothing. they need like a 1.0.1 right now, and for the first week then you should start feeding on a regular basis.
