plants getting to tall

So I made the mistake of vegging a little too long in my 4x8 hydroponic table. Now it seems like only the plants directly under the light are receiving light. I can't raise my light up any higher. Is there anything I can do?? Here is a pic

what week flower are you in? they look nice bongsmilie

if they're still stretching, you're going to have to start bending them over.

Been flowering for 2 1/2 weeks. How do I bend them?

so since they'll probably keep stretching on you for a bit longer, you're going to need to carefully bend them over-if the stem snaps a bit that will be okay as they will heal. do some research on RIU because i've seen some members suggest this to others who have outgrown their room/tent. tie the tops down to your pot. try to make your canopy as even as possible when you do this - some of your girls look like you almost could wait them out to see how they do, while some desperately need to get tucked under the light. good luck. you'll get some other members here soon to help out too.

you're welcome. and sure, if you can see where your plants are not getting enough light at the bottom and want to remove the popcorn, now is a good time.
