Plants dehydrated - help!

Help!

I'm a total noob and I forgot to water my babies yesterday - checked them tonight and they're wilted and looking not too happy.

Soil grow - fluorescant + cfl - 25C temp

I've gave them a good soak, do you think they'll recover?

They should perk up in a few hours mate.

Yea bro they'll be definitly fine! Just water like you would normally, and NEVER overwater.
