Classic heat stress. How close is the lighting? What is the RH and the temps at the canopy level. Lights 18" away from plant tops with HID lighting. RH should run 40-50% and 70 - 80 F for lights on temps at canopy level.
To much N! Ouch! 17-8-8 is way to much N. In soil, vegging, I run around 5-4-6,,,some times 5-6-9, strain dependent. The P might be a tick high, but some have no problems around 8.......BUT, the N is way high for Cannabis.

I'd say that's classic nute burn, seeing how the serrated tips are burning first even though they're technically lower than the rest of the leaf, which is why they're burning. Gravity, dude. Grabbity.

Hey Unc...I agree, the N is contributing, but the classic sign of heat is there to! Canoeing, burnt edge's (nute burn shows at the very tips of the leaves first, necrotic serrations show heat and that can come up quickly. The high N can help bring it on in conjunction with the Heat).
Flushing may not be the best thing here. Flushing can quickly bring on other problems. I might simply use straight water for a few ( 3-5) days. Then restart nutrients at a better NPK ratio,,,,,,lower N!
