Plants brown spots and wilting.

Got plants in bloom and veg. Looked good until a month ago, changed to a cheaper brand of soil. Started to get brown spots on fan leaves, wich eventually led to whole fan leaves wilted and died.
Indoor grow. Water every 2nd or 3rd day and every third watering i feed. I use GH Bloom, flora and micro and give the plants in veg 1.0 EC and plants in bloom 2.0 EC. Every growspace has 200w of COB LEDs wich hovers 11 inches over the plant. Temperature 75-80 degrees fahrenheit. RH in veg 60% and for bloom 30% . I use spring water 7.2 PH, run off is 6.1 ph with nutes. Tried looking for bugs on leaves with a magnifying glass without luck. I suspect fungus, calmag def and soil PH might contribute to, or be the problem. But im not sure.

Your soil pH could be really low, it it's going in at 7.2 and coming out at 6.1 then you are probably around 4.8 - 5.0 in the root zone.

Leaves show a phosphorous deficiency.

I know its a "no no". But i took out a chunk of soil from the root zone of one plant. Mixed with spring water at 7.4 ph and let it sit for 1 hour. Turns out the PH at the root zone is 5.3. My logic allways thought that the root ph should be somewhere between watering ph and the run off ph, man was i wrong. Should i ph up the water or would that just be treating the symptom, and not the problem?

Well it's too late to switch mediums out lol.

A good soil pH meter like the bluelab would be highly recommended as you can't keep pulling chunks of soil.

I really appreciate the feedback man. Obviously run off isnt accurate about what is going on in the root zone, better get myself a soil PH meter. Its quite clear to me now i need to read about constructing a good soil

Fixed soil PH and increased phosphorus ratio, plants are showing healthy new growth and no recent wilting or brown spots. I obviously got a lot to learn still, but thank you for leading me in the right way
