Plants Are Not Looking To Hot Please Help...pics Inside!!!!

Ok, so here is the story. I started these guys on July 4th. I started with 14 peak 19 seeds and germinated in tiny rockwool cubes under a Fluorescent light. When they got too tall for the little plastic dome I transplanted them into the larger rockwool cubes and put them under the 400W MH hood you can see in the pictures. Everything was going good until recently they began to droop and I also noticed they are turning purple. Also as you can see the stock does not look very strong either. These plants are clearly not healthy and I was wondering if you guys might have some good advice? I looked on the grow FAQS and it seems that its a phosphorus deficiency however before I go dumping some chemical into my already sick plants I wanted to get some opinions from the experts. well man im not an expert but i know these things for sure.

they are too small to give any nutes

put that 400 watt farther away from them as they dont need much light at this stage and too much light will kill them.

the last thing is.... how did you transplant them from one cube to the other?

If you pulled the plant out of one cube to put it in another I would think that is very bad, also what are the rockwool cubes in, soil, hydro?

ok i took a better look at all the pics, i see you transplanted them correctly, the light aint too too close but woulnt hurt to move it up a pinch. also I think its time to put the rockwood cubes in you grow setup no? like soil or hydro, bubblponic, ebb n flo

oh yea an the seedlings look ok nothing really wrong with them, also purple stem is normal during seedling stage

they don't look that bad.just give them good clean water and they should be ok!!

Ok so you guys don't think I should be giving them any nutrients just yet?

your not supposed to until they are bigger and have more leaves

and when you do give them nutes only start with 1/4 the strength
