Plants are looking better but still need a little help?

here are my plants at day 21..

what is causing the yellow spots on the leaves?

the one plant with the really yellow leaves has gotten bigger but darker yellow color.

last 2 pix are of the one plant that was really shrivled up and now has gotten bigger and is starting to fan out.

what am i doing wrong.

anyone.... they spent their first 14 days in dixie cups with MG soil.. i got a deal on FoxFarm oceanic soil so i transplanted them into 3 gal pots.

have not added any nutes to my watering. when i transplanted them i gave them each a gallon of water.

I would say magnesium deficiency but your soils are loaded with nutrients so I don't think that's it. Maybe nute burn? It really looks like magnesium though.
