plants are falling over :(

so i have 3 white widows growing, there almost 4 weeks old since i soaked the seeds. the ones doing fine, shes just a little small. but the other 2 (about 11 cm/4.5 inches) are falling over. right now i have them proped up against a popsicle stick so that they stay up but is there anything i should do to make them stronger so they don't need something to lean on. any help would be great guys

use a silicon
recommended is dyna gro pro tekt or bloom silicon(yellow bottle) i know stop n grow hydro carries them both

A picture would have been nice. But I think your plants have stretched do to not having enough light. Get more light, if CFLS put them real close, but not touching, and put a fan blowing lightly on your plants. This will make them grow stronger to handle to the wind.
