alright first time growing already had one disaster my question is how do i plant the seed ive seen stuff like poke a hole with a pen and drop the seed down in the dirt and stuff like that but i want to do it right so what do i need to do

Just put the seed in a wet paper towel and wait until it looks like a sperm then you poke your hole and shit.

i already did that it looks like sperm and everything so just poke a hole and drop it in there and cover with soil.....how far down should the seed be in the soil????????

what i do is use a pencel to make a hole in the soil then put the seed in there with the root pointing down then cover with soil. don't make your hole any deeper then 1 1/4- 1 1/2 inches deep

my soil is kinda clumpy is that okay???also how long should it take to sprout if i already have it germed

Lol, this reminds me how i learned this...
I had planted 9 seeds out of which only 1 survived, that is because i planted em aroung 2 inches deep, and due to the force applied when i watered them, the seeds went even lower...after 10 days i dug em up and found the seedling trying its best to reach the top but invain...all 8 died

Now, u are NOT supposed to make a big hole or anything, just moist the soil, with ur finger make a hole till ur 1st knuckle thats about half an inch, then gently put some soil on top and water carefully so that the seeds dont move, u'll see sprouts in 2 days with proper lighting and temparature

just put a hole down to ur first knuckle on ur finger.. then put the seed in, root down. Keep it moist... but not too wet. Misting it works well.
