hi im a newb to growing and i need some help. ok this is my first time growing and i originally started an aeroponics system but then once i talked to a hydro guy at the store he recommended ebb and flow for first timers. having already finished my aero setup i simply purchased a tub with flood/drain valves to make a hydro/aero setup with the same water.
so i have 7 seeds sprouting. 4 in my aero and 3 in my hydro. (i wanna which method i can handle.)
anyway i put my sprouted seeds in my aero system in rockwool after 4 days and the roots are showing. so im leaving it that way
watering once every 24 hours and i already have it under lights? dont wanna over water
should i have it under lights while growing roots or not until it sprouts into a plant?

i have my three rockwool cubes with seeds BARELY cracking. it has been about 2 days since i put them in cubes and there hasnt really been much growth. i dont have these under lights yet just in a dark place.
should i put them under lights yet? seeds have cracked. but no tails on seeds yet. they are og kush. i really want them to grow and its my only set of seeds. what should i do.
not using nutes yet just 5.5 ph water. flood and drain once a day. should i be watering?
any help would be appreciated.
