I have germinated 12 seeds using the paper towel method and once they get about half and inch long i carefully transfer them to 6 inch pots with fresh potting soil, only problem is they never sprout up and out of that new soil and suggestions? also i dont have lights ive just been placing the pots by my window where there are thorn bushes so noone can peep, once they sprout i have an outdoor area planned out but i just cant seem to get them to sprout out of the new potting soil after germination.
