Planted a clone today

I planted it with the spongy cube (I didn't see roots growing out of it) in oceans forest and watered until it started leaking from the bottom but now the plant is really wilted. This is a picture from before. Did I mess up or will it recover?

I would get it out of the direct sun.....move to the shade

I put it in the shade but it was in pretty hot sun for a couple hours

no worries, it should start looking better in an hour or so.

it may take a few days before it can handle direct sunshine all day long, so be careful especially during the peak hot hours.

Anyone know why the leaf in the red circle is wilting? Is it inevitable since it's a newly planted clone? Also is it bad to spray the leaves with water and wipe them? I cleaned of the sap on the weak leaf.
