Plant yellowing a whole lot close to harvest

Is it too late to save? Lol why is it yellowing so much and what can i do?

Looks like severe nutrient burn.

Amount of nutrients you're using?
Amount of nutrients manufacturer recommends using?
pH of the water and water/nutrient mix you're giving?

@spek9 At the begining i used a mix of
Indoor Hydroponics Kind Soil "Hot Soil” from FoxFarm & Bushdoctor Coco Loco Potting Mix

i was using cal mag and general hydroponics flora grow, bloom & micro combo following instructions from “From seed to stoned” on youtube

PH: 6-6.9 changing it between waterings

per gallon:
Cal mag: 3ml
Micro: 4ml
Bloom:8ml
Grow:2.5ml

spacing it out with one just PH water in between at 6.5

Ive been giving just ph water at 6.5 last two waterings, the roots were surfacing, i didnt have the same medium i used at the beginning so i just put a tiny bit on top to cover the roots with the mix in the attached picture. I think thats what damaged it now that i think about it.
