Plant Weirdness

Alright so this is my Second Grow, But my first in dirt here is what i have.

Plant is about 3 weeks old
Im Growing KGB form VSC
Growing in Miracle Grow Potting Mix
50 Watt HPS 24/7
i water when ever the top layer of dirt is dry allowing about 10% to drain out the bottom
Its about 5 inches from the HPS

now from the first true leaves my Plant has had deformed leaves bad genes maybe? Its like one side of the leaf will be normal then the other side wont be. ive got true leaves with only four fingers of all different sizes only the stems are symmetrical not the leaves.
im not sure whats going on or what i should do. i plan in keeping it alive i dont see any reason to trash it.
Any advise would be great im not really sure whats up although i do think i might be over watering a bit.

i wouldnt trash it, ive has some of the worst staters be my best finishers. i would transplant it into some soil without nutes. if you are going to keep useing the miricale grow becareful watering. everytime you water you relese nutes. also get some type of ph tester they sales cheap pool testers that would work ok for you. from the info and the pics given its either ph diff, nute brn, over water. but all those potintial problems can be taken care of with some fresh soil,ph kit, and go easy on the watering. ive learned not to love them to death, they are a weed. good luck and be safe!!!!
