my plant is 2 weeks and my plant leaves are turning yellow i first started noticing them turn yellow about a week in and they have been growing Slow

i think i also have this same problem i was going to try flushing and then using a 20-20-20 fert. i think it is a Nitrogen definciancy. with mine its starting at the bottom and going up more on older fan leaves also the edges have little brown spots and the tips are brown, is this how yours are?
