Plant touching mylar-- any problem?

Is there any issue with plants being smushed against the mylar lined walls of a cabinet grow?

My Lowryder#2 is getting bigger than expected and it'll be hitting the walls soon.

Thanks very much for any help on this.

its not ideal, it promotes mold, inhibits airflow but is acceptable

Hey thanks-- I never even thought about mold and airflow-- I appreciate the info. Might be best to expand the box.

Thanks for the suggestion. I'm wondering if it's too late though- I'm about 5 weeks from seed and flowering. The main stem is stout and I'm afraid of snapping it.
