Plant tissue culture

so my friends and i are deciding on trying this method. they are going to supply me with the stuff to do it and im going to give it a go to try propagating and keeping good genetics around and using hormones to grow roots and shoots. check it.

In Cannabis tissue culture, auxins and cytokinins are used to control root and shoot formations. these are easily bought. make a medium of gel and glucose to feed the tissue. then put the hormones in to grow roots then shoots. then you can take any tissue and grow a fucking plant. i have a friend who is going to be helping with the advanced part. he went to school for advanced shit like this at cal poly pomona. so excited.


Cytokinins also have many identified structures, perhaps the most common one in plants. artificial aplication of that hormone will cause lateral buds to branch thus creating a new clone.

this method also solution sterilizes the whole sample so vascular diseases and viruses present in the donor sample will be healthy and rid of the shit it had before. this way is the best to propagate or clone plants. sure its fuckin advanced.

keep ur shit sterile, get the right suplies, set the conditions right and read READ READ READ!!!!!

u can take sick plant that has great genetics and make it healthy and keep it going. you can also make lots of plants in a small space. and keep them in suspended animation and keep the cells alive. they always divide so as long as they are fed glucose to use as food the tissue can be kept viable forever. fucking amazing. this is why i want to go to school. im smart as fuck but make dumb decisions and fuck up. but maybe one day.
