plant spacing under the lights.....

OK so I need a little help from the masters......I just got my 600 watt digital ballast with hood and hps bulb and mh bulb. The mh bulb was broke upon delivery so I didnt get a chance to put it in right away (which was the plan). Now the day before I got the package I had transplanted my 4 OG Kush from their party cups to 3 quart containers. ohh and this was all at around the start of week 2 of veg and the largest is about 4 inches tall. I have them right now under a 200 watt CFL. its what they have been under this whole time and about 12" above them.d They are in FFOF soil and water when they are almost all dry

The problem: with the new pots I have them in they dont seem to be getting the coverage from the light that they did...They were exploding with growth and they are kinda bending in towards the light......There is also alot of little leaves growing in the nodes is this good?? ok so I know that was a dumb question but my first grow and no feedback in journals hahaha

Here are 2 approximate light hanging guides. One is for hps and one is for mh.

Just use your hps. Should have plenty of coverage then. And the little leaves are normal.

As they grow bigger they want more food "light" 12" is to far even for a 200w cfl. If your going under the 600 go a little slow so the plant's don't freak out. then use that chart and be as close as you can with out burning. I have my 400w off the tops about 6-8" with a cooltube.
