ok so all of my 30 plants are fine except 2 of them arent doing to well could this be lack of water. now the soil will look wet because i watered right before the pictures. but i hadnt watered for almost a week

If the soil was dry then yes it was. You don't give us mcuh to go on. OUCH! That doesn't look like a watering problem tho. What I would do is take it away from the light for a day and trim off all those strggly branches. It will be stunted at first .
What do you have them growing in?Is there sifficicent drainage???

they are grown in happy frog and 8 hours after i watered her she perked right up and looks real healthy now
