plant seems 2 be goin down hill..help plz..ty

u can c from the pics the fan leaves r drying up and turnin yellow..also the 2 leaves on opposite sides seem 2 my shrivling in a way...any ideas what cud b wrong?...

no nutes used
18/6 on/off
spring water(roomtemp)
fan always on
1 6.500k 24watt
1 5.500k 27watt
1 2.700k 24watt(flourescents)

those 2 leaves always die off its normal
