Plant Probs (leafs still drying out)

ok i cant seem to find anything to figure out what is wrong with this plant still about a few days ago a set of leafs did the same thing i was told to cut them off. ok well now these ones are like this my soil is almost dryed out its around a 3 mark on my mositure meter.

this is my first grow please just tell me what could be wrong is this the resualt of over watering?or that i had the wrong kelvin of cfl's?



Sorry i dont have the greatest cam so pic qualty sucks.

overwatered for sure, could have something to do with cfls also, what color spec. do they put out?

light spectrum would not cause plants to do that...where did you get that from?? your ass LOL!! i still love you tho

i know ther daylight bulbs i did have wrong spec bulbs and you guys still think its overwaterd man i must have almost killed it its been like 5-7 days sence i waterd last

overwaterd. i would just pull off the rot. leave all the green you can.

ive seen cfls (2700k) that plants just dont like early in the vegatative stage.

would you have any clue what wrong spec of light would cause.
