Plant Problems

Ok so i have 2 plants going atm about 22 days old now. one of my plants is doing fine the other one is suffering, the one thats suffering has its leaves turning yellow and it looks wilted down or something as you can see in pics. I just transplanted the 2 plants into there own cups and this one seems to be not liking the shock i put it through?

What do you suggest i do with it to help it recover. this is a quick grow im doing 12/12 from seedling. i threw a pic in there of them in the same cup at 11 days old.

mm okay thanks idk how i overwatered. gotta be more carefull with that one then i guess i wont water it for like a week.

water wen the pot is completely dry
