Plant problems (with pics)

Hello guys & gals currently im on my second grow an kinda have some plant issues atm the stems on the fan leaves look purple an the new growth is a light green is that normal?
Also i just topped her 5 nod on 6/2/13 a couple days before she made 4 weeks.

Some strains show purple stems with a deficiencies of P others K, but most Mg. Also some strains are purple =Þ~

I've had strains with purple stems and it didn't seem to bother them, new growth is usually light green but should darken up, if not it could be a sign of N deficiency.

Almost looks like one of my first girls..she had purple stems also, but was healthy and produced well..
