Plant problems please help

Some nodes Have single leaves on them and other nodes the leave is curing over the node, I did put it from veg to flower to check sex them back to veg and then to flower now , it is on week 2 of flower, the weird thing is the cob led side seen in pic 1 looks fine but the hps side looks like crap , I am running coco and I keep the ph at 5.9 with the ppms 1000-1100 in flower and also I am running c02 keeps it at 1300- 1500 ppms and I have keep the temps at 83 in the day and 75 at night.

Your CO2 is way high. I would aim at 1200 max.

But I don't think that is why they look like that

They look like that because they revegged from the flips.

Yeah that's what I thought too , I thought they were just stressed out but I just wanted other opinions

When you reveg give them some time to grow normally otherwise you get terrible bud sites and weird bendy flat stems.

I don't recommend moving back and forth from veg to flower then back. I agree, stress from alternate cycles. Definitely you'll have some issues with certain strains doing that.

yes I wont do that ever again to check the sex of the plant

Haha this reminds me of my train wreck clone I had years ago, it had a bunch of single and 3 fingered leaves .
