Plant problems ( pics soon )

I just recently joined the community and took on growing and I'm running into a couple problems, My plants acting up, The leaves go from yellowish at the bottom to a lighter green in the middle and really dark green at the top node. I recently cut the water back and started watering every other day instead of every day.. I will have pic's up as soon as i make it home in a bit. :leaf:

could be a ph problem or over watering.
are they inside? or are they in pots?

Here is what i was talking about.. Its hard to see though since my razr blows. the smaller plant is the one i'm talking about. The taller one is bagseed the lil guy is MK ultra.
