plant problem, please help! pics provided

not sure whats wrong, not really up to date with allot of plant problems,

started nutriant feed a few days ago but a really weak mix,

like 2ml per 2lt insted of 10... just to get it started. also spraying plant with plain water when lights off,

Looks underfed to me. Is that a heater right behind it? Your not blowing hot air directly onto them are you?
They look large enough for a healthy dose of ferts to me.
 
they look a little hungry to me too ... i'd up your ferts to at least 1/2 dosage and go from there

How can I tell you to feed'em when I don't know what
you have fed to begin with. B ut a lot of grower do under
feed cause they scared of burning da mf'er. You could of
post some more info.
 
no its a box fan behind, feeding canna terra vega.. and ye scared to feed it full ammount dont wona fuk it up, its guna be my mother.. ph is about 6.1.. its under a 400w hps bulb at moment goin up 400 super,then 600 soon cos i have a veriable ballest.., got duct onto shade suckin hot air away, grow room stays at roughly 26-28c while lights on and 18 when its off... temp on last pic is low cos lights just come on..

understand about not wanting to go full strength ... i always start 1/2 strength and work up slowly ..
