if you have grown in that soil before it may have a ton of nutes left in it...especially if you mixed it up...it may have high levels of salt all through it....take the size of the pot and flush twice that amount of water through it...looks like you are in a i gallon bag...so use two gallons if that is the case. what is your soil ph....do you know?

btw...if you have used that soil before...it is full of flowering nutes....or no nutes if you flushed properly..I dunno the situation but the ph level will help figure out where you are at with it a little

I mean I used this type of soil before and haven't had these problems, not the same actual soil, this is new soil straight out the bag

on the bag it says the ph is 5.5 i know thats on the low side and im going to do somethnig about it soon, its just that where i live very little gardening products are available, but could low ph be the cause of this?

oh and the pot isnt even close to 1 gallon its actually the bottom half of a 2.25 liter bottle with a plastic bag wrapped around it to block light to roots, so its like 1liter, i know its rather ghetto, im gonna transplant to a normal pot soon

yes...low ph is basically a build up of salts in the soil causing acidic conditions....burning. flush it...then after the flush a few days later....water with veg nutes...and ph the water to mid sixes after you add the nutes...

I flushed with tap water non phed water because it was my only option, it probably has a low ph, I hope that doesnt cause any problems
